I've spent the last couple of days of sunbathing and swimming at my family's cabin at Radøy. Apparently the temperature in the sea was 21 degrees, which I think is absolutely incredible for Norway! Now I'm back in Bergen, sleepy and with a bit more freckles than before. Not much can beat Norwegian summers at it's best.

I spent Sunday afternoon being a tourist in my own home town, walking around in the sunshine with my dad and my ginormous camera, stopping to take pictures every other minute. He asked if it was to look at them when I'm back in London feeling homesick, and obviously that's what I'll end up doing. I'll get back to busy London, and I'll miss quiet and beautiful Bergen, with all it's wonky wooden houses, cobbles, narrow streets with cozy cafées and friendly cats strolling around town.

Had the years first bbq in our garden last night, with loads of lovely people. Today I've got a mile long to do list I need to get through, as I'm headed off to Oslo first thing in the morning, at 5.50 to be more specific - eek!

This morning I woke up to the terrible news that Tommy Ramone had passed away. He was the last living original member of The Ramones, and the third one to loose the battle against cancer. I can't even imagine how many bands wouldn't exist witouth their influence from The Ramones, they led the way.

May they all rest in peace ♥

Tonight my boyfriend and I headed back to Hyde Park after last weeks amazing concert, for a free open air cinema. They were showing "Mistaken for Stranger", a documentary about The National, made by Tom Berninger, brother of the bands singer Matt Berninger. After that we went for a stroll around the park, and ended up watching a nice little jazz band called Silk Street, that I posted a video of on my Instagram account, they were absolutely brilliant! All in all a lovely London summer night.

While searching through my bag for my camera to take the picture above, Zahra snapped one of me. "You are priceless", a nice little compliment and reminder from a wall in North London.

Yesterday I had tickets to Barcalycard British Summer Time in Hyde Park, where among others I got to see living legends Motörhead and Black Sabbath! Unfortunately the sound was really, really bad during all of Motörhead's set, which also was way to short. 45 minutes, really?! At least I got to see them playing one of my childhood's favourite songs "Going to Brazil", which my dad used to play me when I was little before going to bed, hah.

Between Motörhead and Black Sabbath I saw Faith No More and Soundgarden. I've never listened much to any of them, so I didn't really know what to expect, but they were both really good live bands.

At quarter to nine, Black Sabbath came on and they were absolutely incredible. Ozzy screaming out "My name is Lucifer, please take my hand" in the rain, with Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler by his side. Ah, amazing.
