Last night I was scrolling through my iTunes library when I decided to make a playlist of old and new favourite songs. I made it in Spotify, so it would be easier to share it. It’s a bit of a mix of everything, from David Bowie to Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats, and Wanda Jackson to Thin Lizzy. So, if you've got six hours to spare - yikes, here's almost 100 songs to keep you entertained.

  1. You should definitely make a post about your Camden favourites! I know the travel guide by you would be just perfect. Where do you most like to shop, eat, drink and party?

    1. I'll take that as a huge compliment, thank you!

I've been meaning to do it for ages, but I just havent gotten around to take good pictures and stuff. But I'll try to get on it soon!

      Meanwhile, here's a few favourites:

Shopping: I almost never buy clothes, (sad but true), but the last thing I did get (besides a few band t-shirts), was a leopard shirt from Topman. This while looking for a christmas present for my boyfriend - hah. But there is quite a few good vintage shops in Camden, if you walk down Chalk Farm Road, they're just on the right hand side. You can get loads of cool stuff there!

Food: There's a really nice japanese place called Bento Café on Parkway. The staff are really friendly, and the food is delicious! Go for a Chicken teriaky bento box.

The Blues Kitchen, really cool place on Camden High Street - burgers, ribs, etc. Live music every night.

Also, there is a tiny café thing next to Camden Town station, called Café Metro. It's just a hole in the wall, but they do the best steak baguettes after a night out - YUM.

Pizza East Kentish town for pizza - DELICIOUS.

      Drinking and nights out:

My favourite place ever is Aces & Eights, about a 15 minute walk from Camden. It's opposite Tufnell Park tube station, and they do the most incredible cocktails, and delicious pizzas. They've also got a jukebox which is amazing.

I used to go to Barfly quite alot, but for some reason I just havent been in ages. When I've been there they've played really cool music upstairs, The Doors, Rage Against The Machine +++ It's always busy but definitely worth a visit. Just hold on to your handbag..

The Lock Tavern, really cool pub that also does food.

That was all I could think of now, but I'll definitely make a proper post about it, so keep your eyes peeled! xx
